## Description

Nature’s Way Brain Health Protect is a one-a-day advanced formula to boost intake of key brain nutrients. It contains a clinical strength of phosphatidylserine (PS) to support memory recall in over 50yo+, and a therapeutic dose of Vitamin B12 and folic acid to maintain cognitive function as you age. It is known that these key nutrients may decline as you age.  
  
PS is one of the phospholipids present in cell membranes, especially in the brain and nervous system. Phospholipid metabolism declines with age, so supplementing with PS can support brain health, as well as the synthesis of neurotransmitters.  
  
Vitamin B12 and folic acid are also important nutrients for healthy cognitive ageing. They play an important role in energy production and help relieve fatigue when dietary intake is inadequate.

## Ingredients

## Directions for Use

ADULTS: Take 1 hard capsule daily with food or as directed by your health professional. Open the capsule and squeeze into food if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.
## Warnings

Contains phenylalanine, soya bean products and sulfites.

Vitamin supplements can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
