Berbevis® Berberine: Berberis aristata (Indian Barberry) root ext. dry conc. 112.29 mg, equiv. to root dry 5.615 g, equiv. to berberine 94.09 mg
## Directions for Use

Adults only: Take 4 capsules daily, two with breakfast and two with lunch. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Use in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise.

*   Do not use if the tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
*   Contains benzoates, hydroxybenzoates.
*   Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women.
*   Contains caffeine 5.972mg per capsule. Total caffeine per reccommended daily dose is 23.9mg. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
*   Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
