## Description

Nutra-Life Magnesium Sleep has Passion flower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help induce sleep and help relieve disturbed / restless sleep.

The formula has 3 sources of Magnesium which support neuromuscular function. This formula also contains the herbal ingredients Passion flower, Ziziphus and Corydalis.

**Each Mag Sleep capsule provides:**

*   Magnesium oxide 201mg
*   Equiv. Magnesium 120mg
*   Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg
*   Equiv. Magnesium 50mg
*   Magnesium phosphate pentahyrdate 145.2mg
*   Equiv. Magnesium 30mg

**Total Elemental Magnesium 200mg:**

*   Ziziphus jujuba (Jujube) seed dry extract 100mg
*   Equiv. Ziziphus jujuba seed dry 1g
*   Corydalis turtschaninovii rhizome dry extract 70mg
*   Equiv. Corydalis turtschaninovii rhizome dry 1g
*   Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) herb dry extract 75mg
*   Equiv. Passionflora incarnata herb dry 375mg

**Formulated without:**

Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

## Directions for Use

**Recommended Adult Dosage:** Take 1-2 capsules daily, one hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
