Optifast VLCD Bar Berry Crunch 65g is part of a nutritionally complete, very low-calorie diet program, which contains nutrients required for safe and effective weight loss, including protein.

This great tasting Cappuccino Flavour Bar is a satisfying and convenient product that can be enjoyed for breakfast lunch or dinner.

OPTIFAST VLCD is for the dietary management of obesity and must be used under the supervision of a healthcare professional. A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing, and therefore likelihood of success.

## Ingredients

Milk proteins (whey, calcium caseinate), milk chocolate coating (15%) \[sugar, cocoa solids (6%), whole milk powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavour\], sorbitol, glycerol, polydextrose, minerals (potassium citrate, calcium citrate, sodium phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium hydroxide carbonate, magnesium phosphate, sodium chloride, calcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, ferric pyrophosphate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, copper sulphate, potassium iodate, sodium selenate), water, cocoa powder (5%), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), soy protein, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vitamins (C, niacin, E, pantothenic acid, B6, riboflavin, thiamin, A, folic acid, K, biotin, D, B12,), flavour, antioxidant (301), sweeteners (acesulfame potassium, sucralose). Contains milk, soy. May contain egg, peanut, sesame, tree nuts, gluten, barley, rye, oat, wheat.
## Directions for Use

Open wrapper and consumer bar. OPTIFAST VLCD bars are convenient and ready to eat. One bar is equivalent to one meal on the OPTIFAST VLCD Program.

Opening/Resealing Instructions: Once opened consume straight away, if not consumed straight away, reseal tightly to ensure freshness, consume within 24 hours.

Very Low Energy Diet: For Intensive level of the program, replace all meals with three OPTIFAST VLCD products per day. Additionally, consume a minimum of two litres of calorie-free fluid and a least two cups of low starch vegetables with a teaspoon of vegetable oil per day. A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and the likelihood of success. One serves of OPTIFAST VLCD Bar can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the OPTIFAST VLCD range (Desserts, Soups, Shakes).
