Total elemental magnesium (PURE Mg™) 350mg  
Magnesium citrate 729.47mg (magnesium 116.71mg)  
Magnesium glycinate 833.25mg (magnesium 116.65mg)  
Magnesium amino acid chelate 583.28mg (magnesium 116.65mg)  
Glycine 2 grams  
Crocus sativus (affron® Saffron) extract dry conc. 14mg  
Equiv. to dry stigma 42.02mg  
Standardised to lepticrosalides 0.49 mg

**No added:** egg, gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, sesame, peanuts, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Vegetarian friendly. Contains natural flavour (mandarin). Sweetened with stevia. Non stimulating, non addictive, non habit forming
## Directions for Use

**Adults:** Mix 5.5g (1 level scoop) with 100-200ml of water and consume up to 1 hour before bed.
