## Directions for Use

1\. Add one heaped scoop (50g) to 400-500ml of low-fat milk, non-dairy milk or coconut water. To determine tolerance, begin by taking 25g and increase the amount until personal tolerance has been assessed.

2\. Use a shaker to mix for 25-30 seconds or until powder is completely dissolved. 

3\. Enjoy a tasty, nutritious, and well-balanced shake!
