## Description

The Beauty Chef Omega Elixir Inner Beauty Boost is a vegan, citrus-flavoured drinking oil designed to quench dry, irritated skin from within. 

Formulated with plant-based omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 oils from black cumin seed, chia seed and sea buckthorn fruit, plus evening primrose oil, this drinking oil may help to reduce inflammation for a smooth, supple complexion.

A rich source of essential fatty acids, this gut-friendly blend includes astaxanthin, and DHA-rich bio-fermented algae to support eye health, general wellbeing and the nervous system. As well as reducing dryness, gamma linoleic acid-rich evening primrose oil helps to maintain the structural integrity of the skin.

## Ingredients

Evening primrose oil, linseed oil, Salvia hispanica (chia) seed oil fixed, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)-rich oil derived from microalgae Schizochytrium sp., astaxanthin esters extracted from Haematococcus pluvialis, Hippophae rhamnoides (sea buckthorn) fruit oil fixed, coconut oil, lecithin (sunflower), rosemary oil, mixed (low-alpha type) tocopherols concentrate (vitamin e), Nigella sativa (black cumin) seed oil fixed, Siraitia grosvenorii (monk fruit) extract dry concentrate.
## Directions for Use

Take 1 tsp (5mL) twice daily with meals or mixed into cool or room temperature food. OMEGA ELIXIR™ can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product.
