## Description

One-A-Day Vitex, helps relieve symptoms of PMS like, breast pain tenderness & mood swings. It may also help with bloating related with pre-menstrual tension.

It contains a high strength extract to relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension and has been used in traditional western herbal medicine to reduce menstrual cycle irregularity and decrease hot flushes & night sweats associated with menopause.

## Ingredients

**Active Ingredients:**

**Adults -** Take one capsule daily, first thing in the morning or as professionally prescribed.
