Each Capsule Contains Amount Berberis aristata root ext. dry conc. 200 mg   equiv. berberis aristata root (dry) 1 g Cinnamomum verum stem bark ext. dry conc. 15 mg   equiv. cinnamomum verum (dry) 150 mg Silybum marianum fruit ext. dry conc. 62.5 mg   equiv. silybum marianum (dry) 4.375 g   std. to silymarin 50 mg Chromium Picolinate 0.141 mg   equiv. chromium 16.5 mcg
## Directions for Use

Adults, take 1 capsule 3 times daily before meals, or as directed by your health professional.
## Warnings

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Adults only. Drink plenty of water. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use if tamper evident cap seal is broken or missing.

Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours.
