#### Ingredients

-   [1.2 kg tin chickpeas](https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/178262/annalisa-chickpeas)
-   [2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil](https://www.healthylife.com.au/products/macro-org-oil-olive-spn-e-vrgn)
-   [2 tsp paprika](https://www.healthylife.com.au/products/planet-organic-paprika)
-   ¼ tsp salt

#### Method

1.  Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
2.  Drain the chickpeas well and pat them dry with paper towel or tea towel.
3.  Place dried chickpeas on a lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
4.  Season with paprika and salt.
5.  Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
6.  Allow the chickpeas to cool before storing them in an airtight container.
