What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on broken, faulty or damaged products under the guidelines stipulated by the ACCC Consumer guarantee. To return any goods under these guidelines, please send a photo, proof of purchase and description to customerservice@healthylife.com.au within 7 days of delivery. If you are a member you do not require proof of purchase, please quote your mobile number and/or registered email address and we will be able to access your order history as your proof of purchase. Our customer service team will guide you through the process from here.

Please choose feminine hygiene and intimate apparel products carefully as returns are not accepted on these items.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns where there is a 'change of mind' so please choose carefully!


How do I return an item?

I have been sent an incorrect item or there is an item missing.

If your order is incomplete or incorrect, please email the following information to customerservice@healthylife.com.au within 7 days of receipt.

How do I order an item that is currently out of stock?

At Healthy Life we seek out the best natural, organic and eco-friendly products for your body, family and home. Sometimes products are so popular that they fly off the shelves and we run out. We do our best to re-order before we sell out but there are times when we can't keep up with demand. Out of stock items will be replenished within 10 days, however if you are in urgent need of the item, you can contact customerservice@healthylife.com.au and we will do our best to track down this item from one of our stores.


I added an item in my shopping cart and didn't check out until a few days later, now this product is not available. Why did this happen?

Unfortunately, placing an item in your cart doesn't mean that the item is reserved for you. You need to complete your transaction for the item to be sent to you.


I bought an item on sale, can I return it?

Sorry, we do not provide refunds, credit notes or accept returns on products that are on sale.
