These 3 flavours come in individual sachets and contain natural fruit juice powders. Ener-C is suitable for adults, vegans and vegetarians, travellers and those wanting a natural energy boost or hydration. It is free from artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners, gluten, dairy and lactose.

Usage Directions:

Directions: Take 1-2 sachets daily. Empty contents of 1-2 sachets into a glass of water (250 mL) and drink, or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms of retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
