Ingredients:

Plant Protein Blend (89%) (Pea Protein Isolate (86%), Brown Rice Protein Concentrate (3%), Chia Protein (0.5%)), Soluble Corn Fibre (3%), Natural Flavours, Amino Acids (L-Glutamine (2%), BCAAs (1%) (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine)), Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Powder (0.5%), Salt, Natural Sweeteners (Thaumatin, Steviol Glycosides), Enzyme (0.2%) (Papain).

Usage Directions:

How: Add 32g (1 level scoop) to 300mL of water in a cup orMusashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

Pre & Post-Training: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.

Can be added to water, smoothies or food as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days.

Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
