The typical wait time to speak to a doctor is 15 minutes. This may vary depending on availability and demand. During peak periods constraint may lead to service outage for short periods. Please check website for when doctor availbility is back up and running. Telehealth services are best suited when you cannot access your regular doctor. There are exclusions on what is eligible to be covered in a consultation, including the prescription of controlled, addictive or Schedule 8 medications. Hola doctors will not prescribe S8 medicines or drugs of dependence via Telehealth. Some weight loss medications and men's health medications may also not be prescribed.
