Ethical Nutrients Extra C Plus Zinc combines zinc , bioflavonoids and high strength vitamin C to provide immune system support & helps fight common cold infections.

Vitamin C and zinc are key nutrients for a strong and healthy immune system, while bioflavonoids are found naturally in citrus fruits. Preferred forms of Vitamin C are gentler on the stomach and teeth.

**Each tablet contains:**

Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 605mg - Equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg

Sodium Ascorbate 562mg - Equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg

Total Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg

Hesperidin 5.0mg

Zinc amino acid chelate 40mg - Equiv. Zinc 8.0mg

Citrus bioflavonoids extract 50mg

Rutoside 5.0mg
## Directions for Use

**Adults:**

**For immune support:** Take 1 tablet daily with food.

**To reduce the severity and duration of a cold:** Take 2 tablets twice daily with food.
