When Healthylife lists an RRP or Recommended Retail Price, the RRP is the list price, or recommended retail price, for the product from the manufacturer or authorised Australian distributor. Any savings comparisons listed are off the product's RRP.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time and to limit purchases to reasonable quantities. Select offers are valid at participating Healthylife Pharmacy stores. Not all products or promotional offers are available at all stores. Call your local store to check product availability and pricing.

Everyday Rewards 

1 point for $1

Collect 1 point for every $1 spent at healthylife.com.au. Earn exclusions apply.^ You will need to create an online account at healthylife.com.au and link your registered Everyday Rewards account to start collecting Everyday Rewards points on eligible purchases. Purchase any participating products at healthylife.com.au or book in a telehealth consultation with Hola by Healthylife via the Healthylife website to receive 10% off. This offer excludes products purchased from Healthylife Pharmacy, the paper script fee of $5 and any priority bookings added onto a telehealth consultation with Hola by Healthylife. To enjoy your offer online, you must ensure your registered Everyday Rewards Plus Card is linked to your Healthylife account at checkout prior to completing your transaction. These service providers have the sole responsibility for their services, products and information, and are independent of Healthylife. Please see our Terms and Conditions and Hola’s Terms and Conditions for more information. Telehealth consultations may not be suitable in all circumstances. If a telehealth consultation is not suitable for you, the healthcare professional you book with will alert you prior to or during your appointment. The typical wait time to speak to a doctor is 15 minutes. This may vary depending on availability and demand. Telehealth services are best suited when you cannot access your regular doctor. There are exclusions on what is eligible to be covered in a consultation, including the prescription of controlled, addictive or Schedule 8 medications. Hola doctors will not prescribe S8 medicines or drugs of dependence via Telehealth. Some weight loss medications and men's health medications may also not be prescribed. Please note any prescription products that is issued by a doctor may not come with repeats via Telehealth.Consultations are not suitable for emergencies, and you should contact 000 for an emergency. 

Promotional Codes

Healthylife may release vouchers or promotional codes that may be redeemed on the Site. These vouchers/ promo codes are valid only for the specified period stated on them and can only be redeemed in accordance with any special terms stated on them - such as a minimum spend requirements, validity periods and brand, product or sale exclusions. Only one voucher/promo code can be used per Order, and some vouchers/promo codes may only be used once per voucher/promo code. Vouchers/promo codes cannot be used in addition to another voucher/promotion code. 

 All promotional codes exclude practitioner-only items, products purchased from Healthylife Pharmacy via the Healthylife website. Exclusions do not contribute to minimum cart value. 

Certain products may be excluded from voucher/promo code promotions, and unless specifically stated are not applicable to shipping costs.  

We actively monitor misuse of vouchers/promo codes and reserve the right to deactivate vouchers/promo codes or block any person that is not using a voucher in accordance with its terms. See full Healthylife terms and conditions here. 

Giveaway Voucher Codes

  • Voucher code discount, minimum cart value and expiry date is subject to change per giveaway and will be communicated to the recipient when the unique code is provided.

Parenthood Pod Discount Code

  • Healthylife discount code for this Promotion has a minimum cart value of $80.00 and is valid until 08/02/2026. 
  • One-time use. Logged-in customers only.

Healthylife Wellness Retreat 

These Terms and Conditions apply to invited Healthylife customers (“Participants”) and any guest nominated by the Participant (“Guest”) attending the Healthylife Wellness Retreat at Billabong Retreat, Maraylya NSW (“Retreat”).

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “the Organiser” means Healthylife Company Pty Limited (ABN 95 647 137 111) of Level 2, 407 Elizabeth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, the company responsible for the Healthylife Wellness Retreat.

By accepting the invitation and attending the Retreat, Participants and Guests agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The invitation includes attendance at the Healthylife Wellness Retreat on 10 February 2026 only.

All Participants and Guests are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all travel, accommodation, insurance, and incidental expenses associated with attending the Retreat, including but not limited to flights, transfers, fuel, parking, meals outside the Retreat program, and personal expenses.

The Organiser is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any costs incurred if a Participant or Guest is unable to attend the Retreat for any reason.

The invitation is date-specific, personal, and non-transferable.

Participants must confirm their attendance, as well as their Guest’s attendance, by 4:00 pm AEDT on 5 February 2026. RSVPs will close at this time, or sooner if full capacity is reached. Once RSVPs are closed, the invitation will be withdrawn.

If a Participant or their Guest is unable to attend the Retreat on 10 February 2026 for any reason (including illness, injury, travel disruption, personal circumstances, or force majeure events), the invitation will be forfeited in full. No cash, credit, substitution, or alternative date will be offered.

Both the Participant and their nominated Guest must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

The Participant and Guest must comply with all venue rules, health and safety requirements, codes of conduct, and internal policies set by Billabong Retreat and communicated by the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse attendance or remove any Participant or Guest who:

  • does not meet eligibility requirements;
  • breaches these Terms and Conditions or venue rules; or
  • behaves in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate.

The Retreat may involve physical, wellness, or recreational activities. Participants and Guests acknowledge that participation may carry inherent risks.

Participants and Guests confirm that they are medically fit to participate and are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, dietary requirements, allergies, or other health considerations directly to the Organiser and Billabong Retreat prior to attendance.

Participation in the Retreat is undertaken at the Participant’s and Guest’s own risk.

By attending the Retreat, Participants and Guests grant the Organiser a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture their image, likeness, voice, and participation.

Such content may be used by the Organiser across its owned and controlled channels (including websites, email, social media, and other digital or marketing materials) for promotional, marketing, and business purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure their Guest is aware of and agrees to this media consent.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify the Retreat due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, health or safety concerns, venue availability, or government restrictions.

To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by Participants or Guests as a result of such changes.

The Organiser will collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Personal information may be used for:

  • administration of the Retreat; and
  • future promotional and marketing purposes by the Organiser.

 Participants may access, correct, or update their personal information by contacting privacy@woolworths.com.au or calling 1300 908 631 during business hours.

The Organiser, its related bodies corporate, employees, agents, and contractors are not liable to you or any guest for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense (even if caused by negligence) arising from:

  • attending the Retreat;
  • participating in any activities at the Retreat; or
  • accepting the invitation to the Retreat.

 
Any services, activities, or experiences provided by third-party suppliers during the Retreat are subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by any third-party supplier, or as a result of your participation in or use of any services or activities provided (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). To the extent permitted by law, if the Organiser is liable for a breach of a guarantee, warranty, condition, or other term implied by law that cannot be excluded, the Organiser's liability is limited to the cost of providing the relevant service, activity, or benefit again.

 Without limiting the above, the Organiser and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay in connection with the provision of services, activities, or experiences during the Retreat.

Invitations are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.

 The Organiser’s decisions regarding eligibility, attendance, conduct, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are final.

 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Gift with purchase offers

Each gift with purchase offer is available once per transaction and only while stocks last. Should purchased items be returned, any applicable gift items must also be returned otherwise the gift item’s value will be deducted from the refund. Offers may not be available in conjunction with other promotions.
