7. I forgot to provide feedback and can't find last email, how do I access Everyday Rewards points?

Please email us at waystowell@healthylife.com.au

8. I have some questions about the program content - where should I go?

While we love to support your health journey, the best person to ask for individual health advice is your health professional.

If you have a more general query, please email us at waystowell@healthylife.com.au

9. I am taking medication will these programs be appropriate for me?

Please contact your doctor to check if our health programs are right for you.

10. I have a medical condition. Are these health programs appropriate for me?

Please contact your doctor to check if our health programs are right for you.

11. I am trying to lose weight. Will these programs help me?

While these aren't weight loss programs, healthylife's ways to well programs are designed to help you adopt healthy (and sustainable) lifestyle changes. You may notice a positive impact on your health and wellbeing from doing the programs.

12. I can't do some of the things suggested in the program/s due to health reasons. What should I do?

We believe listening to your body and your trusted health care professional is always the smartest thing to do for your wellbeing.

Of course, our programs could never replace personalised health advice from a doctor! If you're unsure, it's a good idea to consult with your doctor before trying something new for individual advice.

Also, while you might not be able to do all of the suggestions in the programs, even one healthy swap in your life can have a positive impact.

13. I've heard fruit is too high in sugar/fattening. Do I need to cut back on fruit?

All fruit is healthy for you! We recommend enjoying fresh fruit and eating with the seasons. The Australian Guide to Healthy Eating recommends Australian adults enjoy 1-2 serves of fruit per day.

According to recent stats, only 50% of Australians meet these guidelines. On the other hand, if you're surpassing this recommendation, then you might be missing out on other nutrients so chat to a dietitian or health care professional if you're concerned.

14. Why are there no calories or nutrition information listed for the recipes?

You won't find calories or a detailed nutrition breakdown for the recipes because our team of healthylife health experts has done the hard work for you!

These recipes aim to be nutritionally balanced plus, contain healthy ingredients like vegetables or naturally occurring sugar from fruit instead of processed added sugars. We like to think about the wholefoods and the nutrients they provide rather than counting the calories.

15. How can I get extra support for my health? Where should I go for further health information after these programs?

If you're hungry for more information, the healthylife website has plenty of free articles to read. Plus, new health content is being added all the time. You might also want to enrol in a healthylife ways to well program to get additional tips and practical ideas.

If you're looking for more personalised support for your unique health journey, we'd recommend speaking to a trusted health care professional.

16. Do you provide a service for individual nutrition questions?

While we'd love to be able to support you individually, we aren't equipped to help you with personal questions. Please reach out to your doctor, a dietitian or health care professional for personalised support.

17. Are these programs suitable for my whole family?

Yes! Whether you're an individual or a family, you'll be able to benefit from ways to well. Of course, always consult with your doctor before starting a new health program.
