- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 scoop Hemp Foods Australia hemp protein
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 2 dates
- 2 tbsp Hemp Foods Australia hulled hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup berries and yogurt of your choice to serve
Method
- Blend the bananas, blueberries, hemp protein, milk and dates until smooth.
