Weight Management Health Program – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Weight Management Health Program (“Program”) operated by Healthylife Company Pty Ltd (“Healthylife”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website www.healthylife.com.au (“Site”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Eligibility

1.1 The Program is available to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Participation requires registration for an account on Healthylife.com.au.
1.3 The Program includes access to a mandatory telehealth consultation with an independent licensed healthcare provider, who will conduct a clinical assessment and may, if clinically appropriate, provide a personalised weight management plan.
1.4 The Program is not suitable for individuals who:

  • Have a BMI less than 27
  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • Are living with certain medical conditions as determined by the consulting clinician.


2. Program Description

2.1 The Program is a medically supported weight management program combining:

  • A telehealth consult with a licensed healthcare provider;
  • A weight loss treatment (as determined to be clinically appropriate by your licensed healthcare provider);
  • Monthly subscription plans;
  • Lifestyle content;
  • Reward points through Everyday Rewards (EDR);
  • Communications detailing program benefits, progress, and relevant support information.

2.2 Participation in the Program does not guarantee weight loss results. Outcomes depend on individual adherence, health status, and medical suitability.


3. Medical Disclaimer

3.1 Healthylife does not provide medical advice. All consultations are conducted by independent licensed healthcare providers.
3.2 A treatment program will only be provided following a clinical assessment, at the discretion of the practitioner.
3.3 You must seek immediate medical attention in case of adverse effects or side effects.


4. Subscription details and Pricing

4.1 The standard monthly subscription cost for the Program is $349 per month (inclusive of GST where applicable). This fee covers Healthylife's services, such as program management and optional lifestyle content, and also facilitates your access to independent licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations and to Healthylife Pharmacy for prescribed medications.

4.2 Introductory Offer:

  • For eligible new participants, the first month of the Program may be offered at an introductory price of $299. This introductory offer is available for a limited time, ending on 31/08/2025.

Following the first month at the introductory price, your monthly subscription will automatically revert to the standard monthly cost of $349, subject to any adjustments as described in clause 4.3.

4.3 Adjustments to Subscription Cost based on Clinical Recommendation:

  • After your initial telehealth consultation, if the doctor decides that this Program is right for you, they will prescribe a suitable treatment. Your final subscription cost from the second month onwards may be adjusted based on your doctor's specific recommendations for the prescribed medication.
  • If the adjusted cost is higher than the standard $349 per month, you'll be asked to pay the difference.
  • If the adjusted cost is lower than the standard $349 per month, you'll receive a refund or credit for the difference.
  • If the doctor decides that this Program isn't right for you after the initial consultation, you will be refunded the full initial payment (whether $299 or $349).


5. Monthly delivery

5.1 Customers may choose to activate Monthly Delivery for monthly medication refills, which will be dispensed by Warren Turner trading as Healthylife Pharmacy, an independently owned and operated pharmacy. 

5.2 By activating Monthly Delivery, you agree to:

  • Select products eligible for Monthly Delivery (subject to availability);
  • Allow recurring payments via your nominated payment method.

5.3 Products in Monthly Delivery may include a discount on the listed price. Discounts are subject to change without prior notice.

5.4 Monthly Delivery can be paused or cancelled via your account, provided the next payment has not yet been processed.

5.5 If payment fails, the order will be paused, and no medication will be shipped.


6. Payment Terms

6.1 All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

6.2 By participating, you authorise:

  • Charges to your nominated payment method for upfront and recurring costs;
  • Re-attempts to charge if a payment fails.

6.3 Prices and service inclusions are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6.4 Refunds are only available in the case of failed clinical approval. No other refunds will be issued once services or medications are provided.


7. Program Structure and Subscription Terms

7.1 Initial Order and Appointment

  • Upon purchase of the program, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by an initial appointment confirmation.
  • Appointment reminders will be sent at least 12 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • If payment fails at the point of purchase, we will notify you and attempt to retry payment over a 5-day period. If unsuccessful, your order may be canceled.

7.2 Subscription Cycle and Renewal (28-Day Cycle)

  • This program operates on a recurring 28-day cycle. You will receive an email reminder to book your next consultation on Day 18 of each cycle.
  • Consultations must be booked prior to Day 25 of each cycle to allow for any medication or dosage changes and to avoid delays in your delivery.
  • If you wish to make changes to your treatment plan, these must be confirmed before Day 25 of the cycle. Changes submitted after this point may not be processed in time for your next shipment.
  • Payments are processed on Day 26. If payment fails, we will retry once per day for the next three days. If payment continues to fail, your access to the program may be paused.
  • After three consecutive months of non-payment, your account will be automatically cancelled, and any future participation in the program will require you to re-enrol from the beginning, including a new consultation and treatment assessment.

7.3 Program Pause, Cancellation and Refunds

  • If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, please ensure this is actioned before Day 28 of your cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
  • Refunds are not available once a prescription has been written or medication has been dispensed, unless otherwise required under Australian consumer law.

7.4 Educational Lessons (Optional)

  • Where included, your program may offer a 7-day educational series delivered via email.
  • Lesson emails typically commence on Day 4 of your cycle, with a follow-up reminder on Day 7 if you have not yet completed the content.
  • These lessons are optional and are intended to support you on your health journey alongside your clinical care.

7.5 User Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details and payment information are accurate and up to date to avoid disruption in your treatment.
  • You are expected to book and attend consultations in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and avoid missed or delayed medication deliveries.

7.6 Communications and Notifications

  • You agree to receive essential program communications via email and SMS, including booking reminders, payment alerts, updates about your treatment, important account notifications, and information regarding the benefits and features of your Program. These messages are necessary for the safe and effective delivery of the program and cannot be opted out individually while your subscription is active. To cease receiving all program-related communications, including essential service messages and any optional content, you must terminate your Weight Management Health Program subscription through your customer dashboard (or by contacting Healthylife support at care@healthylife.com.au). Upon cancellation, you will be automatically removed from all program mailing lists.
  • For other communications, such as optional educational content detailing Program benefits or general Healthylife marketing updates, you can manage your preferences by using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails or adjusting your communication preferences in your Healthylife online account.

7.7 Accessing of prescription
Please note that the Hola doctor may issue you a prescription that will be sent directly to Healthylife pharmacy so they can deliver the medication to you directly. If you wish to take your prescription to  another pharmacy please contact customer care at care@healthylife.com.au


8. GST

  • All prices listed for the Program are inclusive of GST where applicable. The Program fee covers Healthylife's services, such as program management and optional lifestyle content, and also facilitates your access to independent licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations and to Healthylife Pharmacy for prescribed medications.
  • Consistent with Australian GST law, medical consultations provided by a licensed practitioner and the supply of prescribed medications by a pharmacy are generally GST-free. Therefore, GST is applied only to Healthylife's own taxable services within the Program.
  • A tax invoice for the taxable components of your Program fee can be provided upon request.


9. Earning Everyday Rewards Points with Your Program

As a participant in the Weight Management Health Program, you can earn Everyday Rewards (EDR) points on certain parts of your journey. These points are generally subject to the Everyday Rewards Terms and Conditions and Woolworths Group policies, which explain how points work. It may take up to 14 days for points to show in your account.

Here’s how you can earn points in this Program:

  • Extra Items at Renewal: If you purchase eligible additional items when your subscription renews, you'll earn 3 Everyday Rewards points for every dollar spent on these items. The way these extra points are calculated might change over time.
    Important Note on Medication: Due to health regulations and advertising rules, you cannot earn Everyday Rewards points on medications, pharmacist-only medications, or any other regulated health products. 
  • Additional Paid Consultations: Any extra telehealth consultations you pay for, beyond what’s included in your regular Program subscription, will earn 1 Everyday Rewards point per dollar spent.

Things that earn Everyday Rewards points in this Program:

  • The special offer of 1000 Everyday Rewards points for a first telehealth consultation, which Healthylife or Hola might advertise generally, does not apply to any consultations within this specific Weight Management Health Program.
  • As mentioned above, you won't earn points on any prescription medications, pharmacist-only medications, or other regulated health products, nor on any part of a fee that covers their cost or supply.


10. Program Discounts and What's Excluded

Any discounts offered within the Program have specific exclusions. These discounts do not apply to:

  • "Practitioner-only" items (special products that require a healthcare professional's recommendation).
  • Products you buy directly from Healthylife Pharmacy through the Healthylife website.
  • All telehealth consultations (doctor's appointments).

Please note that when calculating if you've reached a minimum spending amount for a discount, these excluded items won't count towards that total.


11. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and personal information;
  • Use the medication only as prescribed;
  • Follow medical advice and notify your practitioner of any side effects;
  • Keep your login secure and notify us of unauthorised access.


12. Privacy and Data Sharing

12.1 How we handle your information: Your personal and health information is collected, used, and stored by Healthylife in accordance with the Healthylife Collection Notice and the overarching Woolworths Group Privacy Policy. These documents explain our privacy practices, including the types of information collected, how it is used, and how it is stored.

12.2 Sharing your information to deliver the Program: To provide you with the products and services in this Program, we may share your personal information with third parties. This includes sharing information with:

  • Telehealth providers (e.g., Hola Health) to facilitate your consultations.
  • Partner pharmacies (like Healthylife Pharmacy) to supply your prescribed medications and other eligible products.
  • Other Woolworths Group brands (such as Everyday Rewards) for loyalty program integration and to enhance your overall experience within the group. The Healthylife Collection Notice and the Woolworths Group Privacy Policy provide more specific details on the types of data shared, the precise purposes of such sharing with each entity, and your rights concerning your personal information.

12.3 Explicit consent for sensitive health information: To deliver the medically supported aspects of this Program, Healthylife may collect your sensitive health information (such as your medical history and treatment details), and share it with independent licensed healthcare providers and partner pharmacies. We will specifically seek your separate, explicit consent for this collection, use, and disclosure of your sensitive health information. This explicit consent will be obtained through an affirmative action, such as a dedicated checkbox, at relevant stages of your enrolment or when new data sharing purposes arise. You understand that without this explicit consent, Healthylife may be unable to provide certain components of the Program that rely on this information, particularly those involving medical consultations or prescription medications. You have the right to withdraw your consent for this collection, use, and disclosure of your sensitive health information at any time via emailing care@healthylife.com.

12.4 Your understanding: By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of the Healthylife Collection Notice and the Woolworths Group Privacy Policy.


13. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and resources offered in the Program are the intellectual property of Healthylife or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without our permission.

14. Modifications and Termination

14.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted on the Site or communicated via email.

14.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
