How it works

We are happy to match the price of most Australian competitors for up to 3 identical units per item/per day.

In order to facilitate this online, please either email us at care@healthylife.com.au or leave the following details via our chat service so someone from our Customer Care Team can help you.

• What specific product you would like to price match.
• What is the name of the competitor (product links can be provided).
• How many units of each item you would like to purchase.

Once approved, you will receive a Healthylife voucher for the lower price at checkout. Vouchers provided are valid for 24hrs and can only be used once, they can not be shared with other customers

If you would like to price match in store, please bring in either a current catalogue from the other retailer containing valid proof of their price, or provide us the name of the other retailer so we can look up their website. The discount will take place during the time you purchase the product in store and our staff may choose to contact the competitor to verify their price before granting the price match.

What we cannot price match:

Clearance items or products that are being discontinued, cash back offers and store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, coupon promotions, grey or direct import products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller, commercial orders, competitor advertising errors, members only, AutoDelivery prices, subscription prices, and competitor products with limited or restricted quantities.

Price Matching a product below our cost price is to the discretion of our Customer Care Team and is dealt on a case by case basis. We are not obligated to price match.

We cannot price match products purchased from Healthylife Pharmacy via the Healthylife website.

Please note that we will only price match to Australian retailers that have brick & mortar shop fronts within Australia.

In order to price match we must be able to easily view the price on the competitors website prior to you placing your order, and the price must be current.
