TELEHEALTH SERVICES
Holistic healthcare
Healthylife is pleased to offer customers access to a network of Australian registered doctors and bachelor degree qualified Naturopaths who offer a variety of telehealth services. There are currently two different service types available:

While offering this service, we have a strong commitment to:
Customers
- We communicate to customers that telehealth may not be suitable in all circumstances. In cases where a telehealth consultation is not suitable for you, the healthcare professional you book with will also alert you prior to or at the appointment.
- We emphasise with customers that doctor telehealth services are best suited when you cannot access your regular doctor and are not designed to replace your regular doctors.
- We communicate to customers who engage in our healthylife naturopath services, that this is a 15 minute discovery call, where we refer back to the patient's usual naturopath or other health professional, as appropriate - it is not designed to replace your regular naturopath. Naturopaths do not receive any product commission.
- We have pathways to refer patients back to their regular health professionals or direct them to find a health professional as required.
Our privacy policy
- We ensure all personal health information is stored by the service provider in accordance with Australian requirements. This information is never used to conduct marketing without prior consent.
- Our team conducts regular audits of the service, to ensure all policies and procedures are being withheld.
Healthcare professionals
- We work with an online medical clinic, Hola (our service provider for doctors), to connect you with registered and qualified doctors. Our service provider has sole responsibility for their own services, products and information, and are independent of healthylife.
- We offer a discovery call service with healthylife naturopaths, who are bachelor degree qualified and associated in Australia with a professional body such as the Australian Natural Therapies Association (ANTA), Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) and Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), Australian Naturopathic Practitioners Association (ANPA), Australian Register of Naturopaths and Herbalists (ARONAH), and The Complementary Medicine Association (CMA).
- We only engage with Australian registered and accredited health professionals, who hold relevant industry regulations and associations, along with appropriate medical or other indemnity insurance.
- Telehealth doctors are all registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
In all cases, customers should make their own investigations in relation to the suitability and services provided by the relevant service provider.
Please see our Terms and Conditions and Hola’s Terms and Conditions for more information.
