How can I track my order?

All healthylife orders are shipped via Australia Post e-parcel. You will be able to track your order using a unique tracking number that is associated with your order. You will receive the tracking number associated with your order via email once your order has been processed by our warehouse. 

Please note you will only be able to track the delivery status of your order after it has been processed by our warehouse, not before.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on where in Australia your order is being delivered to, generally it will take between 2 - 7 business days.

How can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If you have made a mistake on your order (happens to the best of us) or want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as you can through live chat or support@healthylife.com.au. 

Order cancellations or amendments can only occur before our warehouse has commenced the packing process, which generally happens not long after an order is placed. We can verify the order status with you, however, we will not be able to provide a cancellation refund or amend any part of your order, if is already in the process of being packed. 

However, if you still don't want the goods upon delivery and wish to return, please refer to the Returns Policy.

How much shelf life will I get in my products?

At Healthylife we do our best to ensure the freshness of all our products.

We aim to supply our customers with a minimum of 1 month before the "best before" date for food items (from order delivery) and 3 months before expiry date for vitamins & supplements (with the exclusion of supplements that require more than 3 months to consume based on item suggested dosage).

Healthylife is not able to fulfill requests for extended expiry dates as we do not have any control over the expiry dates of products supplied by our manufacturers. However, should you be considering purchasing bulk/multiple quantities of an item that can not be consumed within these times, we recommend contacting our Customer Support team first to confirm the expiry date of stock on hand. Otherwise, any bulk quantities will be at the risk of the purchaser in terms of expiry date.

How will I know when you’ve received my order?

We are on it!

You should have received an order confirmation email from us, outlining the items you’ve purchased, the total cost and a unique order confirmation number.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy. Click the Login button at the top of the page, follow the steps to fill in your details and you are (almost) done. We'll also send you a confirmation email, just to make sure it’s really you.

I have forgotten my account name and/or password. What do I do?

Who hasn't forgotten a password! ! Click the login button at the top of the page and then ‘Forgot your password?’. Enter your email and we’ll send you a link to create a new password.

How do I connect my Everyday Rewards card?

To add your Everyday Rewards card, login and head to your account. Click on 'Link your card' and start collecting points with every purchase you make. 

After all, living a healthy life should be rewarded!

What is your returns policy?

All products you buy from healthylife are covered by the healthylife Returns Policy.
