Accu-Chek Aviva Glucose Test Strips 50 Strips
Description:
The AccuChek Aviva blood glucose test strips help determine blood sugar levels in your body and are designed for use with the AccuChek Aviva monitor only. They determine the blood glucose levels & give you a reading when used with the Aviva monitor.
A box that contains 50 strips.
Usage Directions:
1. Insert an Accu-Chek Aviva test strip into the meter, the meter will turn on automatically.
2. Use the lancing device (for single patient use only) to prick the side of a fingertip. Gently squeeze the fingertip to produce a small drop of blood.
3. Touch the drop of blood to the tip of the test strip—do not apply to top of the strip. The Accu-Chek Aviva test strip fills quickly and easily with only a tiny, 0.6 microlitre drop of blood.
4. A flashing hourglass lets you know when enough blood has been applied. Your result will appear in the display.
Storage:
Store in a clean and dry place.

Every time you start to use a new box of test strips, make sure to calibrate your meter. Check the strips are within their expiry date. Make sure to wash and dry your hands before testing. Do not squeeze your finger when taking a blood drop sample.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
