## Ingredients

Active Ingredients P/Ml: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate 160Mg/Ml (Equiv 19.13Mg/Ml Elemental Magnesium), Lavender Oil 2.625Mg/Ml, Matricaria Chamomilla Flower Ext 1.049Mg/Ml From 23.26Mg/Ml Dry Flower (Chamomile).
## Directions for Use

Apply 2-3 pumps into the palm of your hand and massage into your lower back, behind your knees and tops of your feet 20 minutes before bedtime. Rub in well for the best results. You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.
## Warnings

If you experience any reactions such as tingling or irritation; apply to damp skin (or over a light moisturiser) for the first week. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. This product contains sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.
## Storage

This product needs to be stored below 25 C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
