Zinc 10mg Hyaluronic Acid + Skin Hydration Each soft gel capsule contains: • Sodium Hyaluronate 100mg • Absorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 22.5mg • D-alpha-tocopherol 15mg • Nicotinamide 2.5mg, Biotin 1.5mg Pure Marine Collagen Powder Each serve contains: • Hydrolysed Collagen (Marine collagen powder) 10g

Usage Directions:

Life Botanics Pure Marine Collagen: Mix 10g of powder into 200mL of water or any hot or cold beverage of your choice. Life Botanics Energy and Hair: Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals, or as directed by your health professional. "Life Botanics Hyaluronic Acid + Skin Hydration: Take 1 capsule twice a day or as professionally prescribed. Do not exceed 3 months usage at a time. Adults only. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains soya bean products and sulfites.
