Selenium also supports muscle function and sperm heath and sperm motility, as well as providing antioxidant activity that reduces free radicals formed in the body. Squeeze gently. Mix in water or juice and consume immediately. **Adults**: Take 3 drops (116 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. **For the maintenance of levels in individuals 65 years and over**: Take 5 drops (193 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. ## Warnings Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
