It contains the single active ingredient bromhexine that thins, loosens and clears mucus from the chest to relieve stubborn chest congestion and chesty coughs. The tablets are used in conditions where there are a lot of secretions; like the common cold, flu and certain upper respiratory tract infections.
The tablets, are flavourless and come in a 30, 50 & 100 pack range. The tablets are small, convenient to carry around and non drowsy.
