## Description

Blackmores cold pressed Evening Primrose Oil, contains omega 6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).  It helps support skin health & hydration. Each capsule contains 1g of Evening Primrose oil. Blackmores sources only the best oils that are cold pressed and rigorously tested for quality.

## Ingredients

Evening primrose oil (EPO). Providing: gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 1g (1000mg). 100 mg.
## Directions for Use

**For general health and wellbeing:   
Adults -** Take 2-4 capsules per day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. 

**For skin and as an anti-inflammatory:   
Adults -** Take 2 capsules, twice a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. 

**Children under 18 years** – only as professionally prescribed.
