BETA CAROTENE Beta carotene, like all carotenoids, is an antioxidant. An antioxidant is a substance that inhibits the oxidation of other molecules; it protects the body from free radicals. SILICA (colloidal anhydrous silica) Colloidal silica supports skin integrity and structure, and healthy hair and nails.’ THIAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE Vitamin B1 is an essential nutrient to the body's health supporting energy metabolism, heart health & nervous system function. ## Directions for Use
