It also contains omega-3 DHA to support your baby’s brain and nervous system development, and a lower constipation form of iron which is gentle on the digestive system. Adults: Take two capsules once a day.

Usage Directions:

Adults – Take 2 capsules, once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/spina bifida, seek specific medical advice.
