## Ingredients

Eucalyptus Oil, Lavender Oil, Oil of Wintergreen, Peppermint Oil, Camphor.
## Directions for Use

**Adults and Children 12 years and over:** 

2 inhalations in each nostril 

**Children 6 to under 12 years (with adult supervision):** 

1 inhalation in each nostril Not for children under 6 years. Close tightly after use.
## Warnings

Use only as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Not for children under 6 years. For hygiene reasons, single person use only is recommended. Do not use if plastic seal is broken.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. For external use only, avoid contact with eyes. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
