## Directions for Use

Adult Only – Dissolve 10g (two scoops) in 300mL of cold water (settling of the product occurs over time. The scoop is included as a guide only. We recommend weighing the serve if accuracy is required).

Consume immediately. Use before training or exercise. Or as advised by your health professional. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use if: Sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Stop use and ask doctor if: you experience any unpleasant effects whilst taking this product. Please be advised that: Contains 100mg total caffeine per 10g serve. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake moare than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Contains sucralose, sugars and sulfites. Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
