## Description

Caruso’s Ashwagandha 7500 contains a one-a-day therapeutic dose of the herb Ashwagandha to relieve the symptoms of stress and mild anxiety. Ashwagandha enhances the body's ability to adapt to stress, and supports a healthy stress response in the body. Ashwagandha also relieves sleeplessness, improves sleep quality and promotes healthy sleeping patterns. Caruso’s Ashwagandha 7500 utilises KSM-66® Ashwagandha, a certified organic, full spectrum extract of the root of the Ashwagandha plant.

## Directions for Use

Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional
