## Description

Caruso's Super Magnesium + Ashwagandha combines the relaxation benefits of Magnesium and Ashwagandha. It contains 6 forms of Magnesium to optimise bioavailability and absorption plus KSM-66 Ashwagandha®, a certified organic, full-spectrum extract of the root of the Ashwagandha plant.  
  
Caruso's Super Magnesium + Ashwagandha relieves symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, promotes deep sleep, and improves sleep quality. It also supports muscle relaxation and nervous system health.

## Directions for Use

Adults take 2 tablets daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
