Carwari Organic Brown Rice Red Miso Paste is made with organic brown rice, organic soybeans and salt, using traditional Japanese fermentation techniques which produces a unique depth of aroma and a richer, mellow taste.
Miso paste is a traditional Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans. It has a strong, savoury umami flavour.
Carwari White Miso contains more “Rice Koji” which gives it a nice sweetness, it’s also:
• unpasteurised
• suitable for vegetarians and vegans
• gluten-free
• and contains no additives or GMO
