Carwari Organic Unhulled Tahini is a condiment made from ground white sesame seeds. Carwari tahini is slowly stone-milled resulting in a deeper flavour with a hint of bitterness. As the white sesame seeds used to make it are unhulled, the colour is slightly browner than hulled tahini.
Use Carwari unhulled tahini in tahini recipes for a tahini dressing, tahini cookies, and middle eastern recipes for tasty salads.
