Description:

Difflam-C Ready To Use Sore Throat Gargle & Mouth Solution, provides rapid, effective relief from symptoms of a sore throat, tonsillitis, Pharyngitis, swelling & redness.

It also helps with mouth ulcers, pain following throat or mouth surgery and pain following dental procedures. This solution may be used either as a gargle or a mouth rinse, it helps relieve a sore throat, by soothing & relieving inflammation.

It is a double action formula, where the anti-inflammatory agent reduces swelling & pain and the antibacterial action can help kill bacteria that can cause throat infections. Difflam mouth solution & gargle is sugar free, lactose free, gluten free and has a fresh minty flavour.

Ingredients:

Benzydamine hydrochloride: 22.5mg Chlorhexidine gluconate: 18mg.

Contains: Alcohol 9.4% v/v

Usage Directions:

Age: Adults & children aged 6 years & over

Dosage: 15mL. Hold in the mouth or gargle for at least 30 seconds.

How often: Every 1 1/2-3 hours as required.

Solution can be used as a gargle or a mouth rinse and should be expelled from mouth after use.

Storage:

Store below 30°C. Protect from light.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, please contact your healthcare professional.

Do not use: If past the expiry date, if you are allergic to benzydamine or other anti-inflammatory medicines. This product contains chlorhexidine, severe allergic reactions can occur. If this occurs stop use and see your doctor immediately. Not recommended for children under the age of 6.

See your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Avoid contact with eyes, if it goes into the eyes rinse thoroughly. Uninterrupted treatment should not exceed 7 days.

A harmless superficial discolouration of the teeth may occur with prolonged use of products containing chlorhexidine. The efficacy of an antiseptic agent, in oral solutions in reducing the duration or severity of throat infections has not yet been clinically established. Contains alcohol 9.4% v/v
