There are more than 18 uses for Dr Bronner?s Castile Soap. Uses and dilutions include: Face and body uses: Hands, face and body: a small squirt, applied to wet hands or washcloth. Hair: up to ? tbsp (depending on the length of your hair) worked directly into wet hair or prediluted in a cup of water. Bath: approximately 1 tbsp for an average-sized tub (doesn?t bubble, but still cleans). Footbath: ? tbsp in a small tub of hot water. Clearing congestion: 1 tbsp in a bowl of steamy hot water. Breath in mist with a towel over your head. Household uses: Dishes (handwashing): pre-dilute 1:10 with water. Laundry: ?-? cup of soap for a large load in a normal washer. Add ? cup vinegar to the rinse cycle. Mopping: ? cup of soap in 5 litres of water. All-purpose cleaning: ? cup in a litre of water in a spray bottle. Add ? tsp of tea tree essential oil if desired. Windows: 1 tbsp in a litre of water in a spray bottle. Follow up with soda water, or half vinegar/half water.
