This liquid paracetamol provides relief for pain & fever associated with headaches, earaches, immunisation, toothaches and cold & flu symptoms. Dymadon is colour, sugar and alcohol free. Each pack comes with an easy-dose syringe to help ensure you give your child the correct paracetamol dosage.
