WHAT OUR EXPERTS SAY

Sports gels can be a great source of energy during an endurance run, but pair them with water and avoid consuming alongside sports drinks. Having too many sugars together can slow digestion and energy delivery.

Product Overview

Endura Sports Energy Gels are a concentrated energy source, containing a combination of two specialised forms of carbohydrates to increase total carb absorption from 60g to 90g an hour. Each gel contains 26g of carbs with energy boosting caffeine. Store them on you during training and racing to conveniently keep glycogen levels up, maintain vital energy reserves and prevent hitting the wall.

It is best to consume water when you take Endura Sports Energy Gels to avoid gastric upsets. For each gel consumed, look at drinking around 250-300ml of water (an isotonic solution*) for the best absorption. Some people may find drinking so much water in one hit difficult. If this is the case, take the gel over 10- 20 minutes and have small sips with every portion, to reach around 250-300ml in total.

  • immediate impact carbs combined with slow-release carbs for long-term benefit
  • 26g carbohydrates per serve
  • energy boosting caffeine
