## Description

Prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anaemia; iron and vitamin c supplementation which may help relieve fatigue, where dietary intake of both nutrients is inadequate.
## Ingredients

Ferrous sulfate 325 mg (equivalent to 105 mg of elemental iron)

Sodium Ascorbate 562.4 mg, equivalent to vitamin C 500 mg
## Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily or as directed by physician
## Warnings

Do not take this product for more than 12 months except on medical advice. Vitamin suppliements should not replace a balanced diet.
