Our Lemon & Blueberry Breakfast Clusters are sprouted and dehydrated in small batches on the Central Coast of NSW. We soak our organic buckwheat before blending it with dried blueberries, organic nuts, organic puffed wholegrains, and organic beetroot powder. The mixture is then slowly dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve both flavour and nutrients.
