Directions for Use
Slide the foot in the elasticated part (for right ankle, turn the support inside out). Wrap the strap around the ankle. Attach the hook loop fastener on the bandage, adjusting the strap to desired comfort. Avoid attaching the fasteners on the instep, as this can cause irritation when wearing shoes. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
