## Description

Honest to Goodness Celtic Sea Salt, is a 'moist' salt. It contains beneficial minerals & trace elements. It is naturally grey in colour and is unwashed, unrefined and additive-free.

The Salt has been hand harvested from the shallow waters of the Peninsula of Geurande salt marshes in France.
## Ingredients

Celtic Sea Salt (100%)

**May be present:** Gluten, sesame, soy, and tree nuts.
## Directions for Use

Use Celtic Sea Salt to enhance the flavour of a variety of dishes including pasta or vegetables, meat or fish in a salt crust, stocks, barbecues and more.  
  
These high mineral Celtic Sea Salt crystals can also be used to make an exfoliating body scrub.
