## Description

Organic desiccated coconut has all the natural flavour and aroma of the coconut retained as the coconut flesh is simply dried and grated, without the use of sweeteners or preservatives. Organic desiccated coconut is preservative-free, sulphur-free and delicious.
## Directions for Use

It is a great addition in savoury dishes such as curries and can be the feature in cereal mixes, biscuits, muffins and cakes, the iconic Aussie Lamington being a perfect example! It can be enjoyed raw or lightly toasted. Due to its fat content, it will absorb strong surrounding odors i.e. strong food aromas so ensure storage is away from potential exposure to physical damage, inorganic chemicals as well as excess humidity and temperature extremes.
