Usage Directions:

Adults 12 years and over

Max 2 sticks a day

Fill cup with 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water.

Empty contents of one stick into 200 mL cup of water and stir as required.

Consume immediately after preparation. Discard any unused solution.

Do not mix Hydralyte Plus with cordial, fruit juice, soft or sports drinks.

Store below 30°C

Contains potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking hear or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children.
Contains 275.73 mg of sodium per 200 mL dose.
Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 551.46 mg.
Contains: Sugars, sucralose, sulfites and fish products.
