Usage Directions:
Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 250-300ml of chilled water or milk of choice in a shaker bottle or use a blender to make a smoothie. Use more or less liquid or for a thicker or thinner consistency. Tip: Tastes great blended with plant milk, banana and some ice. The perfect base for your favourite healthy shake, smoothie or mixed into oats, yoghurt, energy balls and other healthy creations. Start the day with a delicious breakfast shake/smoothie or curb that mid-afternoon hunger. Use post workout for maximum benefit.

This product is a formulated supplementary sports food and is not a sole source of nutrition. If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
