Usage Directions:

For daily gut-brain support: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare professional.

To support mental focus, recall & clarity in times of stress: Take 2 capsules daily.

Capsules can be pulled apart and powder added to food or liquid if preferred.

Store below 25°C. No Refrigeration Required.
