Live Wholefoods Organic Activated Keto Muesli is packed with activated nuts and seeds. Serve it for breakfast with your favourite milk and add fresh fruit for a tasty, or healthy afternoon tea snack.
Activated nuts and seeds are raw and have been soaked overnight in filtered and salted water. They are then dehydrated at a low temperature (to ensure the preservation of the raw nutrients) for up to 24 hours to enhance natural flavours and give them a crisp, crunchy finish.
Live Wholefoods make their products on the Mornington Peninsula and soak their certified organic products in filtered water and mineral-rich, hand-harvested Australian sea salt. They are specialists in producing handcrafted, living and activated foods, described as “the best way to eat nuts” which is why they’re on a quest to make activated foods affordable and accessible for all.
