Product Overview

Mepilex Border Flex Lite is a thin, absorbent, self-adherent foam dressing featuring 360° Flex Technology for enhanced flexibility and conformability.

Mepilex Border Flex Lite is designed to manage a wide range of non- to moderately exuding wounds, including leg and foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and traumatic wounds such as abrasions, blisters, and skin tears. It can also be used to protect compromised or fragile skin.

This dressing uses Safetac silicone adhesive, a technology clinically proven to minimize skin damage and reduce pain during dressing changes.

With its innovative 360° Flex Technology, Mepilex Border Flex Lite conforms to the body in every direction, reducing skin stress, increasing comfort, and ensuring the dressing stays securely in place. Its conformability is up to 4 times better than that of Mepilex Border Lite.

The smart exudate management system of Mepilex Border Flex Lite features a unique 4-layer design that absorbs and channels exudate away from the wound bed. This allows for tracking of exudate progress without disturbing the wound.

Mepilex Border Flex Lite offers an optimal balance of exudate absorption and moisture vapor loss, maximizing exudate management for non- to moderately exuding wounds.

Mepilex Border Flex Lite is suitable for:

  • Non- to moderately exuding wounds
  • Leg and foot ulcers
  • Pressure injuries
  • Surgical and traumatic wounds (e.g., abrasions, blisters, and skin tears)
  • Protection of compromised or fragile skin
